Shipping Policy
Most orders within the continental US are shipped
from Arvada Colorado USA via UPS Ground or
similar method.
Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska ship via USPS
Priority Mail or Ground Service.
All International orders will require additional
shipping charges and will ship via USPS Air Priority
Mail or Global EMS (depending on country).
Motogear Outlet will contact the buyer with
notification of the additional funds required.
Expedited shipping is available on request with
additional shipping charges.
Shipping charges include handling and materials
(boxes) cost.
All items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of
order unless specified otherwise.
If your order includes a backordered item you will
be notified with an estimated time of delivery.
Items that are marked
"Free Shipping" are for shipments within the lower
48 US states - Ground Service deliverable addresses
only (UPS or FedEx). No PO Boxes.
Return/Exchange Policy
All returned/exchanged items are processed free of
charge within 30 days of purchase. All items must be
retuned in as new condition will all manufacturer
tags attached. All merchandise must be unused, never
installed and without damage to product or
manufacturer's original packaging. All items
must be returned in a separate box - protecting the
manufacturers original packaging. Used items are not
available for return. Items returned
that do not adhere to the above are subject to a
restocking fee of up to 35%.
All returned/exchanged items received by MotoGear
Outlet after 30 days from date of purchase are
subject to restocking fees of up to 35%.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping
charges
Item return/exchange due to packing error will incur
no additional shipping charges.
Clearance/Discontinued (Closeout) items may
not be available
for return or exchange. For exchanged items we will do everything possible to
accommodate your wishes if the desired item is no
longer available.

Refunds will be credited back to credit card or by

Sales tax is applicable on any order shipped to a
Colorado Address.
Discounts or Specials can be rescinded by MotoGear
Outlet at any time.

Price Match Policy
If you find a lower advertised price from an
authorized U.S. dealer on an in-stock product,
contact us and we'll do our best to match that
price. All price match request are handled at
the sole discretion of MotoGear Outlet.
Product(s) must be new and in stock in the same
size, color and year (if applicable).

Orders placed through Amazon
